Redmi K70 to come with 90W fast charging, reveals China’s 3C certification

The Redmi K70 series has long been in the rumours and is expected to launch very soon in China. The lineup is expected to include three models: the Redmi K70, the Redmi K70 Pro and the Redmi K70E. The vanilla Redmi K70 model has now received China’s 3C certification and this reveals the model number and also the fast charging details ahead of the announcement.
Redmi K70 bags China’s 3C certification

The Redmi K70 series is expected to debut in China in the first week of December, as per the MIUI 15 software internal code. All three phones in the lineup will likely run on Android 14-based MIUI 15 custom skin out of the box and have 5G network connectivity.
The Redmi K70 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the Pro variant could ship with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and lastly, the Redmi K70E will arrive with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC. There are rumours that the Redmi K70 Pro could be the first model in the K-lineup to feature a telephoto sensor to click zoom images.
Redmi K70 Pro was recently spotted on the Geekbench website with the model number 23117RK66C. The phone has managed to score 1,100 points in the single-core test and 5,150 points in the multi-core test. The listing shows the phone would boot Android 14 OS out of the box and 16GB RAM, but there could be other options at launch. The motherboard section mentions Wall’, which could be associated with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. We should know more details about the phones very soon.
