The Galaxy S24 series has been a part of the rumour mill for quite some time. The lineup will include three models: the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus and S24 Ultra and these will succeed the Galaxy S23 series. There have been quite a few leaks in recent weeks and these clue us in on what to expect from the flagships. Now, while we wait for the announcement, the Galaxy S24 series launch date has been leaked through a teaser click, courtesy of tipster Evan Blass.

Separately, the Galaxy S24 renders have leaked online and these show off the complete design and the colour options.

The Galaxy S24 series launch date

• Tipster Evan Blass has shared a small teaser clip and this confirms the ‘Galaxy Unpacked’ event will be held on January 18th, 2024 at 3:00 AM KST (Jan 17th, 11.30 PM IST).
• The tipster also shared a screenshot which has the list of phones which are tested and approved for the AT&T network. The list includes the Galaxy S24 series.
• The teaser also highlights ‘Galaxy AI’. This is in line with recent leaks which suggested the Galaxy S24 Ultra will be powered by in-house AI.
• Interestingly, the teaser has an animated icon resembling Google’s Bard AI logo on the right edge, which suggests a possible collaboration of Samsung with Google for the integration of AI technology.
• While introducing Bard and outlining the Android integration options, Google announced that Assistant with Bard would be pre-installed on Android devices and will be available as a Play Store app.

Samsung Galaxy S24 renders

• The Galaxy S24 renders shared by Android Headlinesshow the phone will be available in Amber Yellow, Cobalt Violet, Marble Grey, and Onyx Black colour options.
• The design appears to be almost similar to the Galaxy S23.
• There is a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout, flat edges, and narrow bezels around the screen.
• The volume rocker and power buttons are on the right edge.
• The chassis of the phone doesn’t seem to be made of titanium but will retain the aluminium frame.
• The Galaxy S24 also seems to have a colour-matched frame, which is an interesting design change.
• The retains the same camera design, with triple cameras stacked individually without any borders. We also see the Samsung logo on the back.
