Vivo Y series and more phones receive permanent price cuts in India

- Vivohas announced price drops on a couple of its smartphones from its Vivo Y series. The lineup includes the Vivo Y16, Vivo Y02t, Vivo Y02, Vivo Y27, and Vivo 17s. The prices of these smartphones have been reduced by up to Rs 1,000. The new prices are now live, and you can purchase the devices from online and offline platforms.
Vivo Y16 price drop details
- The base model of the Vivo Y16with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage is available at a reduced price of Rs 9,999 from its original price of Rs 10,499. The 4GB + 64GB model also got a price cut from Rs 11,999 to Rs 10,999. Vivo Y16 launched in India in September last year. It comes with an HD+ display, a 5,000mAh battery and two rear cameras.
Vivo Y17s price drop details
- Vivo Y17s now starts at Rs 11,499 after a price drop of Rs 500 from its original price of Rs 12,499. This is for the base model with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. Vivo Y17s with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage is now available at Rs 10,499. It was earlier priced at Rs 11,499.
Vivo Y27 price drop details
- Vivo Y27has also received a price drop from Rs 13,999 to Rs 12,999. This is for the 6GB + 128GB model of the smartphone. Vivo Y27 launched in India just this year in July. It comes with 44W fast charging support, a 50MP camera, and an FHD+ display.
Vivo Y series price drop details
Vivo Y02 3GB + 32GB is available at Rs 7,999 after the price drop. It was earlier priced at Rs 8,499. Vivo Y02t, on the other hand, has gone down from Rs 8,999 to Rs 8,499. Vivo Y02 launched last year in December. This is the second time the Vivo Y02t has received a price cut.
In addition to the price drops, Vivo is also offering no-cost EMI options, cashback of up to Rs 1,000 on select banks including SBI, DBS, IDFC, One Card, IndusInd Bank and Yes Bank. These offers are applicable only until December 31st, and on select models.
