Xiaomi Civi 4 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 16GB RAM, and Android 14 spotted on Geekbench

• Xiaomi Civi 4 has been spotted on Geekbench ahead of launch.
• It will launch as the successor to Xiaomi Civi 3 which debuted last year in May.
• Going by the Geekbench listing, the Xiaomi Civi 4 will be a flagship phone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.

Xiaomi Civi 4 has been rumoured for quite some time, and it’s expected to launch in the coming months. Talks around this phone have been going on since last year but we’re yet to see an official announcement from Xiaomi. But it looks like we will be seeing the Xiaomi Civi 4 smartphone soon as it has been spotted on Geekbench.

Xiaomi Civi 4 Geekbench details

• 91mobiles has spotted the Xiaomi Civi 4 on Geekbench with the model number 24031PN0DC. This model number is associated with the Xiaomi Civi 4 as seenon the MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) certification website (via MySmartPrice).
• On Geekbench, the smartphone is running an octa-core chipset with a maximum clock speed of 3.30 GHz. This is most likely the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with Adreno 750 GPU. But it’s also rumoured that the Xiaomi Civi 4 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra chipset.
• Xiaomi Civi 4 is also listed with Android 14 and 16GB of RAM on Geekbench.
• The device manages 2140 points in single-core and 6848 points in the multi-core tests.

Xiaomi’s Civi series is exclusive to China, and the Civi 4 is tipped to launch in May this year according to a leak on Weibo. This might just be accurate as its predecessor, the Xiaomi Civi 3 also launched in May last year. As for its specs, previous rumours suggest a 1.5K slightly curved display, a metal frame, and a triple camera system on the Xiaomi Civi 4.The brand is also expected to continue with co-branded gift boxes for the Xiaomi Civi 4. Even for the Civi 3, Xiaomi released special gift boxes with INTO YOU, a makeup brand, and Disney for a Strawberry Bear Limited Edition box.

• Xiaomi Civi 3 features a 6.55-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1500 nits of peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
• It’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 5G SoC paired with Mali-G610 GPU.
• The smartphone comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage.
• It has a 50MP Sony IMX800 primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro lens at the back.  Up front, there are two 32MP selfie cameras on the Xiaomi Civi 3.
• The smartphone also packs a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
• On the software front, it runs Android 13-based MIUI 14 out-of-the-box.
