Redmi K70e key specifications tipped, launch could be imminent

Redmi K70 series is expected to launch in China around the end of this year and there could be multiple models in the lineup. One among them is the Redmi K70e and now new details about the phone have surfaced online, courtesy of tipster Anvin. Besides the Redmi K70e, the series will also include the Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro. There are reports that these will be rebranded as POCO F6 series globally.
Redmi K70e hardware details leaked
- According to Anvin, the Redmi K70e will come with the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 SoC chipset and this should offer a premium performance.
- The handset is said to be equipped with an OLED display with a 1.5K resolution.
- The Redmi K70e is tipped to pack a 5,500mAh battery and this will be paired with 90W fast charging support.
- Since these specifications cannot be confirmed officially at the moment, we suggest you take these with a pinch of salt.
Redmi K70 series specifications
- The standard Redmi K70 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, while the Pro version could get the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, as per rumours.
- The Redmi K70 is expected to feature a 1.5K display, while the more expensive K70 Pro may get a 2K display.
- The standard variant could also get 90W chargingsupport but the Pro model could get a faster 120W charging speed.
- All three models in the series could get Android 14-based HyperOS custom skin out of the box.
- For those unaware, the HyperOS debuted along with Xiaomi 14 last month.
