ASUS just launched the ROG Phone 8 series globally at CES 2024. The new gaming smartphone lineup features the ROG Phone 8 and ROG Phone 8 Pro. ASUS has now brought its latest gaming phones to India as well, and the flagships carry a hefty price tag crossing the 1 lakh mark.
ASUS ROG Phone 8, ROG Phone 8 Pro price in India
Both the ROG Phone 8 and ROG Phone 8 Pro come in a single RAM and storage variant. The ROG Phone 8 with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage is priced at Rs 94,999. As for the ROG Phone 8 Pro, it comes with 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage has a price tag of Rs 1,19,999.
The smartphone comes in a single Phantom Black colour. You can also purchase the AeroActive Cooler X accessory for Rs 5,999.

In addition to offering flagship specs, the ROG Phone 8 series is also baked with features tailor-made for gaming.
- For heat dissipation, the ROG Phone 8 series features a rapid-cooling conductor design, and a new AeroActive Cooler X clip-on cooler.
- There’s ‘Background Mode’ to quickly shift a game to the background, and easily take screenshots with X Capture. ASUS has also added ‘AI Grabber’ that can capture text directly from games.
- In terms of design, you get the Aura RGB Lightning logo and Anime Vision Mini-LED 341-element display for preset or user-created animations.
- There’s also this cool feature that unlocks secret animations when two ROG Phone 8 phones touch each other back-to-back.
